Let this memory lighten the grief
My favorite memory of Baron Julian is the night that he and his wonderful lady rescued me from hypothermia and hauled me off to the motorhome to get me warmed up. He sat up most of the night with me holding my hand, telling me stories and making me laugh.

I think my favorite memory is of him stripping of his shirt as he headed to the kitchen to wash dishes after a feast in DL and challenging all the men to do the same thing. It was a site to see!

I think it is our duty to see this marvelous tradition carried on!

I've spent most of the morning crying off and on and trying to get some work done, but more than anything I want to tell everyone who didn't get a chance to know him just how sweet and wonderful he is.

3YC...Cedric on one side, I'm on the other, Julian in the middle and we're posing for a picture. I'm thinking Dad's gotten real tall, or I've gotten real short. I look over and then down...his feet were six inches off the ground. Cedric was holding him up with one arm. Very funny (and I've got the photo to prove it!)

I LOVE that story!!! It's so perfect, about all 3 of you. :) Thanks for the smile.

BTW...and tickled to bits to find you here! (I "friended" you...) ;)
